We give full training, so previous care experience is not essential. There are also opportunities for progression.

At New Dawn Care Agency, we deliver bespoke care in clients’ homes. We aim for our clients to have a regular team so Carers and clients get to know each other. Carers participate in care plans, as they understand the people they support; and so come up with innovative ideas to maintain quality of life, preserve dignity and ensure we are responsive at all times; and ideally exceed expectations.

We are recruiting Carers to work in Craven Arms, Church Stretton and the surrounding areas. Our usual shift patterns are 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm, including alternate weekends. Full driving licence and use of a reliable car is preferable, although some of our team just work in-town and walk between clients.

Full CRB/DBS checks are carried out on all staff and two references obtained.

We offer competitive rates of pay, a minimum of 4 weeks annual leave, paid training, plus statutory holidays.
